Guidelines for 2010 Home & Garden Show Vendors
- Booth spaces are
- 5 feet wide 10 feet deep (inside)
- 10 feet wide 10 feet deep (inside)
- 20 feet wide 20 feet deep (outdoors)
- Booth set up is Friday May14th from 4pm – 10pm.
- Booths are expected to be manned Saturday and Sunday.
- Security will be provided for after-hours.
- Deposits of $100 (NON-refundable) WILL HOLD YOUR BOOTH SPACE.
- Booth payments (IN FULL) are required BEFORE APRIL 5TH, 2010.
- Booths are required to be removed and completely cleaned of trash and remnants by 6 pm Sunday, May 16.
- No smoking allowed in the booth.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors.
- Sharing of booth space with another business is PROHIBITED.
- “Best Booth” will receive a free booth space for the next year’s show. Ribbons will be awarded for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place.
- This event will be advertised in the local newspaper and on the local radio station.
- Electrical Outlets are at a minimum. Extension Cords are not available
- NO COOKING IS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING, ONLY HEATING.
- A limited number of tables (100) (3'X6') are available.
- A tarp or piece of carpet to cover the floor space of your booth is REQUIRED.
- Only Blue Painters tape can be used on the floor
- Make checks payable to Builders Association of Pagosa Springs or BAOPS.
- Saturday, May 15th After Close of show there will be a “Vendor Appreciation Get-Together Potluck”
- Games will be ongoing throughout the show, you are welcome to participate.
